November 15-17, 2024

Deep Portage Learning Center - Hackensack, Minnesota

We are so excited to announce this year's MNA Conference, Tiny Seeds Grow into Mighty Trees. We hope you will join us November 15-17 at Deep Portage Learning Center in Hackensack, MN.

We are also thrilled to announce this year's keynote speaker, Chad Pregracke. Chad was the 2013 CNN Hero of the Year and has dedicated his life to protecting, preserving, and restoring the nation's major rivers and waterways through his non-profit, Living Lands & Waters. His work embodies the theme of our conference; Tiny Seeds Grow into Mighty Trees.

We are now accepting presenter applications! If you are interested in presenting at this year's conference, please complete the Presenter Application Form!  We are looking for presenters to lead discussions, concurrent sessions, and workshops on a variety of topics. The categories include Planting Seeds (engaging learners, inspiring others), Growing our Forest (Making connections, leadership, support within the naturalist field, supervisor-related presentations), Branching Out (new ideas) and Growing Deep Roots (specific natural history topics). If you know someone that would be great, please share the form and encourage them to apply!
